Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m not sure Physical Therapy is what I need?

Let‘s schedule a free meet and greet phone call. We can explain our services and describe all the tools that you will be able to access, even after just one session.

How do we start?

We will start with an evaluation, where we get to know you and discuss which treatments and interventions can best help you achieve your goals. Evaluations typically last 1-2 hours based on your goals.

What happens after the evaluation?

Based on the findings in the evaluation, we then can determine the number of visits you’ll need to reach your goals. The concierge model allows flexibility with scheduling, so we can find a regimen that meets your needs without the risk of insurance denial.

Our findings may also determine that you will be better served by another practitioner such as a physician or chiropractor and we can offer a referral.

How long are follow-up sessions?

A session will last 1-1.5 hours depending on your goals. Your entire session will be spent with a physical therapist.

Do I need a referral or prescription from a doctor?

No, in Nevada you have unlimited direct access to physical therapy. Also, utilizing the concierge model you don’t have to wait for pre-approval from your insurance, which usually requires a doctor’s prescription.

What are your hours?

M-F: 8-5

Sat-Sun: As needed

Appointment times can be flexible outside of scheduled hours.

Do you accept insurance?

No, our office does not accept insurance. However, we can provide a Superbill upon request. A Superbill is a type of receipt that can be submitted to your insurance, as many will provide some reimbursement.

How much does a session cost?

Please contact us for pricing, as we offer single service options or discounted packages to maximize affordability. A Good Faith Estimate with the cost of services will be provided in writing prior to our first session, so there are no surprises.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or card. As is customary for professional services, payment is expected at the time of service. Contact us for information on rates.
